Position:? Receptionist Location:? NJ & VARole:Responsible for managing the front desk and reception area, supporting the office staff and distributing faxes and incoming correspondence frequently.Looking for someone who got exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to provide an effective reception and switchboard service. Experienced in working under pressure in a quick paced fast moving environment and able to receive guests on arrival in a friendly, helpful and approachable manner. Able to be a integral member of a administrative and clerical team, also have a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities:Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when neededReceive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriersMaintaining and taking care of calendar management and schedule meetings/appointments.Managing conference room bookings through outlook.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Handling Employee engagement activities viz., monitoring employees? login and break schedules and also in event management in coordination with HR team.Travel/Logistics management of the key stake holders as an when requiredContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills and Qualificationsn?
