Pragmatics is seeking an Cybersecurity Technology Management Analyst for a full-time position, remotely supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) provides worldwide logistics support for the missions of the Military Departments and the Unified Combatant Commands under conditions of peace and war. In support of DLA?s mission, DLA Information Operations, J6, is the Agency?s knowledge broker, providing comprehensive, best practice Information Technology (IT) support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and DLA Business Community. DLA Information Operations has a requirement for professional services to support the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) program and to provide associated technical support. The program supports approximately 40,000+ end users world-wide and around the clock. The ITSM solution core architecture is built on version 9.1 of BMC Remedy based upon a suite of Commercial Off-The Shelf (COTS) products with minor customizations. The scope is to provide a broad range of IT technical support for the ITSM solution to assist in the accomplishment of the program. IT services include cyber defense, information assurance, network operations and maintenance, lifecycle management, IT planning, system sustainment, system management, system integration, system administration, technical support, technical analysis and guidance, technical troubleshooting, testing and evaluation, software management, software configuration, software customization, data support and reporting, asset management, software & hardware inventory, application enhancement, service desk support, end user support, architectural and infrastructure management, audio visual and video teleconferencing, upgrade or technology change support, documentation support, training support, and all relatable deliverables to these services. Job Description: Duties of an Information Assurance Technology Management Analyst may include: Serves as an IA Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to IA Architecture policies and procedures Provides IA Management support to DLA Information Operations, Program Executive Officer (PEO) Program Management Offices (PMO) for emerging information systems through the acquisition lifecycle and where applicable into sustainment Provides technical support and guidance to facilitate the identification and integration of IA controls at the onset of the acquisition lifecycle for emerging IT capabilities Serves as a principal liaison for Enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives to ensure consistent and sufficient identification and implementation of applicable IA controls in concert with the DLA IA and IT architecture. Provides oversight for the design and implementation of Enterprise-level IA solutions providing standards for access control capabilities across the Enterprise On occasion, short duration (1-5 days) site visits may be required as authorized by the Government. Required Skills / Experience Five years of relevant experience Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM level III Ten years of practical industry, government and/or consulting experience in information technology management IT project management experience using various Microsoft tools Knowledge and experience in managing information technology services and strategies Proficiency in basic analytical software such as Microsoft Excel and Access, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, to include Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint Must possess IT-III security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI) at time of task order proposal submission Special Skills (are desired but not required): Ten years of relevant Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) experience National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) C&A/A&A experience DOD IA experience COMPANY OVERVIEW Join an established and reliable mid-tier government contractor with a reputation for excellence.
